1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the Hevvok platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hevvok provides in-stay feedback collection via room QR codes and WhatsApp pulses, real-time escalation notifications, and sentiment score tracking for hospitality operators.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per active unit. Invoices are payable via local banking rails (Raast, IBFT, JazzCash, Easypaisa). You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to manipulate guest review data, submit fraudulent reviews, reverse engineer the platform, or misuse the notification infrastructure.
