Hevvok (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Humza Basharat in Lahore, Pakistan, provides an in-stay guest feedback and reputation recovery software platform for hotels, guesthouses, and short-term rental hosts (“Clients”).

2. Information We Collect

Guest Review Data: Ratings (0–100 scale), category ratings, feedback comments, room numbers, and timestamp of submission. Providing personal contact information is entirely voluntary for guests.

Client Account Data: Hotel name, operator email address, WhatsApp notification phone numbers, and billing records.

3. How We Use Information

We use review data solely to alert hotel managers to in-stay guest dissatisfaction in real time, calculate property sentiment metrics (Hevvok Score), and deliver reputation reporting. We do not sell guest data or use guest feedback for third-party advertising.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Multi-tenant database isolation ensures each hotel's data is strictly segregated.
