The per-unit rate steps down across three bands — up to 15, 16 to 40, and 41 to 80 — so the bigger you grow the less each unit costs, with a Custom tier above 80. A host with 10 flats in 10 cities is billed on the same per-unit basis as a 10-room hotel.
